Hello Lovely Humans,
It has been a hot minute since I have used this page.
However I am launching an online platform so I have the ability to coach whoever, from wherever and create conscious community and health from different places around the world.
We can
* still grow our own veggies
* still shop at farmers markets
* still use re useable containers
* still get creative in the kitchen
* still move outdoors in nature
We can still focus on our Health and Our Environment as our priority.
This is what our bodies need right now to get us through đź’š

For the love of movement.
7 years I’ve been in the game.
Strength, hypertrophy, gymnastics, rehab, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, hiit, running, breathwork, animal flow, yoga.
I’ve delved into the things.
Ive studied and taught and practiced.
Ive dipped my toe out of the industry and come running back.
All for the love of movement.
For the limitless lives it enables us to lead.
To create a connection with our forever home.
To pair the love of movement
with the force of nature.
To see people truly come alive.

It sort of felt like hiding veges in their dinner... getting 150 hospo kids doing fitness.
They came in hoards over the hill from all around the nation.
80% of them already stating they weren’t doing the fitness activities.
But... they underestimated the little kid inside me that knows we all just want to play and have fun
& So began the adventures.
I think my voice has only just recovered....
I am so incredibly grateful to have been trusted with such amazing humans
and I couldn’t have done it without an epic team

The health of us humans is reliant on the health of our planet.
I know it’s covid and that throws a spanner in the works but I’m incredibly grateful for cafes that allow you to bring your own vessel.

Hey. Tis me.
In case you didn’t know.
I’m 166cm tall.
I apparently don’t have an inside voice.
I am obsessed with sunrise & sunset & the great outdoors.
I pack too much in and then decide to go walk about.
I love dancing and singing and hugs and people’s unique traits and outlooks on life.
I am a physchopath driver /female mariokart
I have a weakness for dark chocolate & dad jokes.
I love health and whole foods but also a carefully crafted cocktail and or natural wine.
I went to 7 different schools and lived out of home since I was 15.
I love activities... basically a big kid.
I can’t live without sunnies .... which seem to live more often on my head.
I hope to make people feel more alive, conscious and connected
through Health Hunter adventures, , & .surf yoga.
I hope I never stop changing and evolving and if I haven’t met you yet,
I hope one day I do and I can hear all the wonderful weird things about you.

Allow your knees to track over your toes.
Regularly.
Move your body in weird and wonderful ways.
Create strength there.
Change up the patterns regularly.
Decide you know nothing about anything and truly listen - regularly.
Move in the sun.
Sweat.
Get Uncomfortable.
Do what scares you - regularly.

Take a minute.
Crawl out of bed in the morning & just BE.
What is the sky doing?
What are all the different bird singing?
Close your eyes,
what the energy in your body like?
Deepen your breathe,
breathe into where it’s tight.
Lengthen your neck.
Can you smell the spring flowers in the morning breeze?
The neighbour’s morning coffee?
Fill up your chest, your side ribs & your back body and slowly exhale.
Forget the list & just take a minute in the morning to connect.
Take a minute to be thankful.
Take minute to just BE

My aim for all individuals is a life filled with happiness, health and connection. I believe the key for this lies in experiencing mother nature in all her glory with our incredible bodies we are blessed with.
My passion for fitness was never a strong desire through my teenage years. I thrived on drama, dance and photography. However my story starts when stepped on the scale at 21 years old and weighed 91kgs. I had struggled with depression and anxiety for many years but had truly come face to face with the consequences of this.
It was 3 years and about 30 kgs lighter before I decided to become a fitness professional and help others on their journey. However I learnt many lessons on the way and it wasn't just about eating less and training more.
Through my last three years within the industry I became aware of the many “transformation, ab and b***y building packages”. I also became aware of how none of these were ever carried out along with 80% of members who never actually came.
I believe that exploration, challenges, creativity and connection are deep human desires, this along with a childlike spirit that just wants to have everyday fun.
Being stuck inside four walls 40 hours a week, on a couch for another 10 hours and slogging our bodies for a possible 3+ hours a week inside a gym is no way to satisfy those needs or any way to lead a happy fulfilled life.
So to prevent chronic disease and mental health issues in todays society, to truly live this life we are given, I invite you to be a part of something greater. I invite you to hunt for something better. To become a Health Hunter!
Join me on an adventure day, for personal training or one on one health coaching. You will become connected with a group of like minded individuals and start to reconnect with a healthier, happier version of you.
