We welcome Dr Anne Stephenson from the 5th Jan to 16th Jan.
Dr Anne Stephenson is an experienced General Practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in community-based general practice. She graduated from Monash University and has spent most of her career caring for individuals and families in Torquay, Victoria.
Anne enjoys looking after people of all ages and works collaboratively with patients to optimise their health and wellbeing. She takes the time to listen carefully to her patients’ concerns and supports informed decision-making tailored to individual needs.
As a mother of two teenage daughters, Anne has a strong interest in family and adolescent health.
Anne currently works as a GP, is the GP Advisor for Epworth private Hospital, and teaches medical students at Deakin University Geelong.
Special interests include:
Women’s health (including IUD and Implanon insertion/removal), menopause and sexual health, adolescent health, sports medicine, chronic disease management, and skin cancer checks and excisions.
