💙cold water showers/ immersion in natural water. Imagine everyone's energy connected to you: flowing out of your energy field and down the shower hole/ river. Allowing you to be grounded in your own energy 🙏
💚garden! Get your hands in the soil and tend to your garden- weeding, planting, watering..
💚get in your body and out of the head! With dance, any body movement you enjoy: running, cycling, strength training..
