This brings me to neuroplasticity, the brain’s remarkable ability to reorganise itself by forming new neural connections throughout life.

When you hold back, you create pathways in your brain that reinforce silence, stagnation, and suppression. But the beautiful thing is, you can rewire those pathways.

Lately, I’ve had so many women share with me about where they are in their lives right now. They describe feeling disconnected—dragging through each day, knowing in their gut that something is off but unable to name it.

It’s time to pivot ✊🏽

If you’re reading this, it’s time to stop playing small and start the pivot.

Here’s the truth: your body is your greatest teacher. She’s been sending you messages all along, but the world trained you to mute them.

Building Body Wisdom is about unmuting her.

Start listening: When you’re tired, rest. When you’re hungry, eat. When you’re overwhelmed, pause. It’s that simple—and that radical.

Prioritise nourishment over punishment: Ditch the restriction and embrace abundance. Eat foods that make you feel alive. Move in ways that feel joyful.

Lean into support: Ask for help. Create community. Let yourself receive (this is the biggie - what narrative in your mind is robbing you of this ? )

Here’s the juicy part: reclaiming Body Wisdom isn’t just about you. It’s a rebellion against every narrative that’s told women to shrink, to hustle, to shut up and soldier on. It’s about saying, “Enough.” It’s about reclaiming your pleasure, your health, your power.

It starts with small, defiant acts of self-love. Dance in your kitchen. Eat the damn croissant. Rest without guilt. Feel into your body and let her guide you. Because when you trust her, she will show you the way home.

And babe, home is you. Let’s go.

IN: Creating a sustainable & intentional contrast therapy practice to build stress resilience, increase longevity, performance, energy & focus.

OUT: Extreme & inconsistent contrast therapy practices done from ego rather than integrity.

We are so excited to have the new .recovery Roman ice bath in our small contrast suite at Trybe @ BML.

Contrast therapy is alternating between hot and cold treatments & is a staple the in Trybe method. Used as a tool for prevention & cure, unlocking the bodies ability to regulate itself.

Benefits include:
- enhancing circulation
- reducing muscle soreness
- alleviating pain
- promoting recovery post-exercise

ONE DOOR CLOSES & ANOTHER ONE OPENS // a lesson in trusting the universe.

If you’re on our Byron database you know that today is the last day that we are operating our Wellness House. That is a bittersweet feeling, but it’s not all sad news we have an exciting new chapter about to begin… more details of that to come.

But for now I wanted to share a lesson in trusting the universe. Remember it always has 1 of 3 answers: YES, NOT YET, NO BUT SOMETHING BETTER IS COMING

To say these last 2 months have challenge would be an understatement, but it’s through facing the challenges that we discover what was ultimately meant for us. For most of this year I have been pushing to update our current space I was stubbornly attached to making it work until the multiple roadblocks, red tape and limitations made it completely unviable and I had to let go of that mission. That wasn’t easy, this location means a lot to us. We grew up just up the road. It held us strong through COVID, floods & the economic downturn, and I was determined to prove it could work.

After letting that go, we went on the mission of moving sites. That was big and exciting, I was working around the clock to make sure we would get open for summer, it was going to be our dream space ! But then the universe (or the man in charge) had a different plan. And that fell through too… at this point we were shattered.

But being the adaptable people we are we just accepted the loss (after lots of tears) and announced the closure of the wellness house and our focus on digital.

A big exhale out and we became excited to just focus on digital. But as I sat with it something didn’t feel quite right. Our passion for hot & cold therapy & this community is immense and so in my usually curious seeking nature I set out to find a solution !

And we did… one that truly truly shows us that rejection is redirection. And that trusting the universe lands you exactly where you are meant to be with the people around you you’re meant to have. It was a reminder that all the no’s were truly “no because we have something better coming!”

Our new location & collaboration will be announced next week..
