Why we don’t use wormwood in System Reset

Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) is often included in parasite cleanses because of its antiparasitic compounds.

However, it contains thujone, a neurotoxic constituent that can overstimulate the nervous system in higher or repeated doses.

In children, this can increase risk of:
• neurological irritation
• seizures
• nervous system agitation

In individuals with cardiac conditions, wormwood can also be problematic due to its stimulating effects on the nervous system and potential interaction with heart rhythm stability.

For these reasons, wormwood should not be given to children or people with cardiac vulnerabilities.

People often ask about the best way to take System Reset for Heavy Metal Detoxing and Parasite Cleansing. Personally I take it in the morning, on an empty stomach. You can hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing, or if that’s too strong you can add it to your morning juice or water. It’s best to start on the Full Moon as parasites are more active then. We usually do 5 days on, 2 days off, 5 days on cycles to hit the stages of parasite reproduction. We do this 3-4 times and then top it up every month 💪

It’s beautiful to see my children growing and developing their own creative voices. This phot was posed and shot by my son 💖 We have been homeschooling for the majority of their schooling other than a short school stint. Now we’re world schooling and so much of the learning stress has dropped away because learning opportunities are natural and everywhere.
