I’ve been busy birthing a beautiful baby boy.

Meet Banx Braddon.

He’s super chill, and is kicking newborn goals out of the park. He’s a wide blue-eyed, smiley old soul, who loves naked cuddles.

Of course nothing went to plan, and the birth was far more traumatic than I could have envisioned - more to share on that later. However, we made it through alive, healthy and are on our way to thriving.

We’ll continue being super quiet in our love bubble for the next month, but wanted you all to know he’s arrived! Sorry in advance if I don’t reply to messages.

25 years dedicated to this vision.
10 years acquiring the knowledge, education and qualifications needed to execute and be in service to this vision.
5 years devoted to executing this vision into reality. And just like that it’s changed forever. Thanks for the big C we couldn’t get a recent photo.

Today marks the day I say goodbye to my business baby in its current form. As every chapter of life closes, it creates space for the new to enter.

My vision birthed in this space, with these people, and although I’ve spent the last few months grieving this loss, I have to say the physical action of letting go is hard, but I am at peace.

The only thing left to do is trust that the framework I’ve built can be recreated in a different timeline, even more expanded! So we can continue creating the magic we all want, by supporting humanity with the health of their bodies and mind.

Medimove Exercise Physiology is transforming.

I’m excited to share with you what births in the near future. We are creating the strong like-minded community we are all craving.

✅ Reduce preservatives in your diet, these cause fat storage. Olean is a major one found in chips, cookies, salad dressings to name a few.
✅ Slow down when eating, and avoid over eating. These types of eating habits can cause the metabolism to slowdown.
✅ Take digestive enzymes before meals. Specifically, Amalayse to assist in digesting carbohydrates, Lipase to assist in digesting fats, Bromelain to support digestion of grains: i.e.: proteins (PRO)

The most effective way to overcome stress and trauma is to create conscious presence.

You can achieve this by avoiding distractions like social media, Netflix, substance abuse. It may take a couple of weeks to notice a change but it is possible.

When you land in conscious presence, you’ll know you are there because you will feel a sense a calm in your nervous system. This is a great time to start asking yourself high quality questions that will provide your insight for your future?

Testosterone is largely driven by an increase in exercise intensity and volume. For example; the best ratio for testosterone production is 6-10 rep’s with 2 min rests.

This will also facility muscle growth. And if you are looking for maximum muscle growth, try super sets. Which is compounding muscle groups with no rest period.

Growth hormone is largely driven by intensity, not volume.

A lot of people think increasing volume or load during resistance training will get you the most muscle hypertrophy. However, it’s actually increasing intensity that produces the most hormonal production, and therefore muscle mass.

So next time you hit the weights, think about increasing the speed of exercise, not range. The range needs to be controlled, with shorter rest periods.

High intensity, short duration periods of exercise promote a greater metabolic response in the muscle, causing an increased production of lactate, glycogen, testosterone, adrenaline, and cortisol.

This means you use more glucose when exercising, promoting more hormone production, giving your body greater benefit from resistance training.

This will also reduce the amount of time you need to spend exercising to get the benefits.

Cooling the body reduces delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) after exercise. DOMS is caused by micro tearing of the muscles during exercise.

DOMS is a completely natural physiological response, however when you are too hot or too cold before exercise, you can push your body too far during a movement, causing excessive tearing.

To reduce tearing ensure you warm up adequately and use the cooling methods I’ve mentioned in the previous few posts.
