200 Hour Teacher Training
We are now offering our world-class 200 hour yoga teacher training completely online. Study asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, philosophy and anatomy with Bess Prescott, Tahl Rinsky, Rose Baudin and Dena Kingsberg. 200hr YTT in person will return again once we are able to safely host them again.

300 Hour Teacher Training Part Time
Our 300 hour teacher training is made up of our 50 hour modules here. We are currently only delivering modules online.

2025 marked the first full year of HAUM, and it’s been such a joy growing this space and connecting with you - through words, images, ideas, and moments that genuinely moved us.

What started as sharing what was inspiring us slowly became something we looked forward to every week.
And from that, the Sunday Dump was born - a ritual of sorts, shaped just as much by you as by us.

Thank you to everyone who has shared, saved, commented, and engaged throughout the year. It truly doesn’t go unnoticed.

As we close out 2025 - the Year of the Snake - it felt right to look back through the archives and gather together the pieces that resonated most with you.

And a thank you to the artists and writers whose words and work we weave together here - from Rumi to Elizabeth Gilbert - .class imagery and beyond - we’re simply the messengers.

This year has taught me a lot about what it really means to be in service. Not the version I carried for years - where I tried to save people, fix things, rush in, rescue, rearrange, soften the blow.
For most of my life, I confused saving with caring. I thought it was love. I thought it was my job.
 But saving keeps people small. It takes away their agency. And it gives us a false sense of worth - “I’m needed, I’m important, I matter.”
 Service is the courage to stand beside someone without rewriting their path. It’s the willingness to hold space without controlling the outcome. It’s trust - in them, in yourself, in the Mystery.

This has been my first full year being in service with HAUM space. A year of walking beside students, teachers, mothers, fathers, seekers, wanderers. To teach what I love. To share what I know. To stay humble inside what I don’t.

One of the places I feel this most deeply is in our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. It’s the heart of HAUM School - the place where I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of students over the years as they deepen their practice and find their own way of serving in the world. Not my way - their way.

It’s one of the greatest honours of my life.
 And our next cohort begins January 15.

Because this training means so much to me we’ve decided to extend early bird until December 15.

If we could only choose five practices from HAUM Online this month - these would be the ones…

Think: juicy hip openings, precision in the side body, deep surrender through the hamstrings and lower back - and of course, Sunday Church - a full 75 minute studio flow - recorded live from our Byron Bay home.

This time of year can feel heavy - the demands of life, family, work, everything.
