200 Hour Teacher Training
We are now offering our world-class 200 hour yoga teacher training completely online. Study asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, philosophy and anatomy with Bess Prescott, Tahl Rinsky, Rose Baudin and Dena Kingsberg. 200hr YTT in person will return again once we are able to safely host them again.

300 Hour Teacher Training Part Time
Our 300 hour teacher training is made up of our 50 hour modules here. We are currently only delivering modules online.

46 years of Tahl.

If you’ve spent any time around Tahl, you know…

Food in her teeth, dancing on tables, making shapes, leading hundreds of humans on the mat every week like it’s the most natural thing in the world.
Travelling across oceans.
Laughing until she cries.
Crying until she laughs.

Founder of HAUM.

For 46 years she has been becoming - and for so many of us, that becoming has changed the trajectory of our own lives.

She has a rare way of holding both depth and absurdity in the same breath.

This community exists because she keeps saying yes.

One of our favourite parts of retreat is this...
