2-year-old actually slept 🤙 got some solid pool working... 20 minutes to kill before a client so doing some morning rope flow and watching the sun come up. A great start to the day. New Baby here soon 🫣 hoping to keep some movement happening

Love this... My little analogy I use with people is motivation is just a small little wave, you may miss a few little waves but eventually one will take you through into motivation🌊🤙

I had the honour of attending my number one client's acro performance today. Been lucky enough to be working with this weapon for afew years now. Hopefully all of my ramblings have taught her some useful things🤣❤️🤙

Hey crew, for those of you that would like to keep the fires burning and earn those extra calories at Christmas. I'm starting a 7am morning movement class at Hasings Point on the sand next to the bridge. I'm think maybe a Wednesday and a Saturday morning if people are interested.
Sessions will be scalable to your current abilities with emphasis on play rather than quantity of work done. After a quick mobility prep we will be doing body weight movements, a mix of Pilates/yoga and animal flow. Then a play with some Kettlebells and depending on the tide some water resisted activities. Should be a good time, bring ya kids and have a coffee or breaky after🤙💪❤️

Having a play after my apnea squat training and RMT rope session this morning. Yes I'm that weirdo coping looks on the footpath😂 we don't stop playing because we get old, we get old because we stop playing🤙
