They will make up all the excuses and say they will do this and that and make sure the staff know it to someone yet nothing will change but ward 3a will still do whatever the he'll they like anyway at least the other wards get you your meds on time and you'll not going to spend the next God knows how many weeks trying to get your body to work again. Cause of their missed doses (staff stealing) there 8 am turns into 1pm and 8 pm turns into 11pm.
