What an amazing School Holiday / Easter break we had with our Warm Embrace family 💛

We headed out to Caboolture Bowl & Mini Golf - Official and honestly… the smiles say it all. From strikes on the lanes to laughs on the mini golf course, it was a day full of connection, confidence building, and just pure fun.

These are the moments we love creating. It’s not just about filling hours, it’s about building friendships, creating memories, and giving our participants opportunities to get out, try new things and feel supported every step of the way.

What an incredible weekend away with our amazing participants at Jimna Base Camp 💚

From campfires and laughter to exploring the outdoors and building real connections, this trip was everything Warm Embrace is about creating meaningful moments, supporting independence, and making memories that truly matter.

There is something special about getting away from the everyday routine, stepping into nature, and just enjoying life together. Watching our participants grow in confidence, try new things, and share genuine smiles is why we do what we do 🙌

🌿☀️ A BEAUTIFUL DAY OUT AT MT COOT-THA BOTANIC GARDENS ☀️🌿

One of our amazing support workers and participant had an absolutely fantastic day exploring the stunning Botanic Gardens at Mt Coot-Tha! 🌺🌳

They spent the day wandering through the beautiful gardens, enjoying the fresh air, and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Along the way they spotted some incredible wildlife including water dragons and even a goanna 🦎 which made the day even more exciting!

Outings like this are such a great way for our participants to connect with nature, enjoy the community, and create meaningful moments together. It’s always wonderful seeing smiles, laughter, and a day filled with adventure 🌞

🌟 A Fantastic Day Out at Hologram Zoo! 🌟

One of our amazing participants recently had an incredible day out with their support worker visiting the Hologram Zoo, and what an experience it was! From the moment they walked in, it was full of excitement, laughter, and plenty of “wow” moments.

The holographic animals were absolutely amazing to see up close, and it created such a fun and immersive experience. Our participant loved exploring the different exhibits, learning about the animals, and enjoying something completely unique in the community. Days like this are exactly what community access is all about creating meaningful experiences, building confidence, and making great memories.

At Warm Embrace Support Services, we love helping our participants get out into the community, try new things, and enjoy life to the fullest. Whether it’s a trip somewhere exciting like this, attending events, or simply spending time doing things they love, we’re here to make it happen.

Recently, one of our amazing participants had the opportunity to go horse riding alongside a dedicated Warm Embrace Support Worker and it was nothing short of magical 🐎💛

Moments like these are exactly why we do what we do.

🍝 Cooking Up Confidence in the Kitchen! 🍝

We had a fantastic time supporting our participant as he helped cook homemade meatballs and spaghetti from scratch! 👨‍🍳✨

From mixing ingredients to rolling the meatballs and stirring the sauce, it was a hands-on, fun-filled cooking session. Not only did he create a delicious meal, but he also built new skills, confidence, and independence along the way.

At Warm Embrace Support Services, everyday activities like cooking become meaningful opportunities to learn, connect, and grow. Plus the best part getting to enjoy the tasty results at the end! 😋

Today our participants headed out to beautiful Redcliffe for a day of fresh air, sunshine, and a little adventure! One of our participants is on an exciting mission hunting for closed clams in hopes of discovering a hidden pearl 🐚✨

It’s was a wonderful day exploring the shoreline, enjoying the scenery, and sharing plenty of laughs along the way. Moments like these are what community participation is all about trying new things, building confidence, and making memories together.

Our Participant and our amazing support worker had planned a rock-hunting adventure at Rocksburg, but the crickets had other ideas and were way too loud today 😅
So they changed plans and headed off to Bribie for some pearl hunting instead 🌊✨
Such a lovely day spent enjoying the outdoors and making memories together.
