✨ Studio Announcement ✨

A little life update from me… our sweet baby girl has arrived, and I’m currently soaking up all the newborn snuggles and adjusting to life as a mum of three. 💛

This means I’m officially on maternity leave for the moment.
I’m planning to be back in the studio — rested, recharged and ready to move with you again — around February 2026.

Thank you so much for your patience, your messages, your support, and for being such a beautiful community. It means the world to me and my little family.

I can’t wait to see you all back on the reformers when the time is right.
Until then, keep looking after yourselves and keep moving. 🌿✨

Who wants to join our Wednesday bush hiking afternoons? Everyone is welcome. We usually pick one of the glasshouse mountains. Start around 4.30 pm so we are back before it gets too dark.
