With the current hot weather, we want to gently remind you all to stay well hydrated and take care of yourself throughout the day. ☀️

Please remember to drink plenty of water, rest when you need to, and keep an eye out for signs of heat stress.

Your health and wellbeing are always our priority!

We’re also keeping a close eye on upcoming weather forecasts for South East Queensland.

Significant rainfall and storm activity are expected over the coming days, with some areas possibly receiving between 200–500mm of rain. This may lead to localised flooding and disruptions. 🌧️

We encourage you to stay alert and monitor official weather updates so you can prepare if needed. If you have any concerns about upcoming supports due to weather conditions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
✅ Reliability is essential
✅ Switched-on and confident with people
✅ Strong knowledge of the Support Worker role
✅ Outgoing, professional, and able to work independently
✅ Good at following instructions
✅ Comfortable travelling within Moreton Bay and surrounding areas
✅ Ability to work across both Aged Care and NDIS

What we offer:
👍 Hours fluctuate between 10–38 hours per week as we continue to grow
👍 We actively work to fill rosters for all staff as new participants come on board
👍 Supportive and growing team environment
👍 All employment is under the SCHADS Award
