We’re incredibly proud to share that we’ve been named a finalist in the 2026 Pumicestone Business Excellence Awards in the Rising Star category!

For a small, family-run business, this recognition means a great deal, and it simply wouldn’t be possible without the support of our local community. The awards night takes place on the 26th of May and we are eagerly counting down the days, we can't wait to share the results with you all. Thank you for trusting us and standing behind what we do.

As part of the awards evening, organisers are also seeking contributions for lucky door prizes. It’s a great way to put your business in front of a room full of local operators and community leaders, while adding a bit of excitement to the night.

Saying goodbye to a beloved dog is never easy, and we know how much trust it takes to place that moment in someone else’s hands.

We had the privilege of caring for Diesel and supporting Heath and Kellie through his farewell, ensuring he was returned home with the care, dignity and respect he deserved.

Easter is a lovely time to slow down, spend time with family, and enjoy the long weekend 💛

While there’s plenty to enjoy, it’s worth keeping a few things in mind to help keep your pets safe:

🍫 Chocolate and sweet treats
Even small amounts can be harmful, and sugar-free products can be especially dangerous. Best to keep them well out of reach.

🌸 Flowers in the home
Some, like lilies, can be toxic to cats. If you’re unsure, it’s always safest to check before bringing them inside.

🧺 Decorations and packaging
Things like foil wrappers or decorative grass can be tempting to play with, but can cause issues if swallowed.

🍗 Rich or fatty foods
It can be hard to resist those hopeful eyes, but certain foods can upset their stomach or cause more serious problems.

🐰 Small toys and decorations
Anything that can be chewed or swallowed is worth keeping an eye on, especially with curious pets around.

A little awareness goes a long way in keeping everyone safe.

Losing a pet who feels like part of your soul is something words can’t quite capture.

We had the privilege of caring for Hailey’s boy and helping bring him home, handled gently and with the respect he deserved.

As a small, family-run team, our focus is always on helping families through those incredibly difficult moments of saying goodbye to a companion. It is a genuine privilege to be trusted with that responsibility, and we strive to provide every family with the care, compassion, and respect they deserve.

Saying goodbye to a beloved dog for the first time is something no family is ever truly prepared for.

It was our privilege to help Paige during the loss of beautiful Khaleesi, and to ensure the process felt clear, gentle, and handled with care from beginning to end.
