When a pet passes suddenly, it can be incredibly shocking and disorienting. Many people are unsure what to do next, and that is completely normal.

If this happens, the first thing to do is take a moment. There is no need to rush. If your pet has passed at home, you can gently place them somewhere cool and quiet while you gather your thoughts.

If your pet was under the care of a veterinarian, you may wish to contact your clinic for guidance. If not, or if it happens outside clinic hours, you can contact us directly and we will gently talk you through the next steps.

From there, we can help arrange collection or guide you if you prefer to bring your pet to our facility. We will explain everything clearly, answer your questions, and support you at your own pace.

You do not need to have all the answers straight away. We are here to help you through this moment with care, understanding, and reassurance.
