After years of growing together, we're embarking on a beautiful new chapter. **Thien Tam Yoga and Meditation Centre** is evolving into **Stronghold Yoga** – a name that reflects the strength, resilience, and inner foundation you've all built through your practice.

We're deeply grateful for the loyalty of our long-time members. Your dedication has been the heart of our community.

☘️ I can still remember the first year when Jessica came into the studio, she was just a young and shy girl with her mom's company. She is always adorable, works out hard, and tries her best to step over her limitations. Jessica is not a muscled girl, she was born with a medical condition and to see how she grows like herself today is my happiness and her mother's blessing. Yes Jessica, as I told everyone: the bird who had broken wings will fly higher than the others. We fall and we fly up again. We are unstoppable. Once we can win ourselves, how dare any storm stop us? I wish you always fly high Jessica. Your sky is huge, your mom and I love you. ❤️
