🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Marathon weekend success!

Dr Liz and her husband James have just completed the Melbourne Marathon, and what a day it was! Perfect running conditions, great atmosphere, and an unforgettable finish with a lap around the hallowed turf of the MCG.

James managed a 3-minute personal best, while Liz absolutely smashed her previous best time over the marathon distance to by an incredible 23 minutes! 🎉

A huge thank you to the event organisers and volunteers for putting on such a spectacular race — and to everyone who cheered along the course.

Here’s to staying active, setting goals, and celebrating the journey as much as the finish line! 💪✨

Tomorrow, Dr Liz and James will be representing our team at the Melbourne Marathon! 🎉

We’ve been training hard and can’t wait to take on the challenge alongside thousands of other runners. It’s not just about the miles — it’s about setting goals, pushing limits, and supporting each other every step of the way.

Wish us luck as we hit the course and chase that finish line! 💪
