Repair: The Breath Class 🌿

Thursdays at Studio Avasa

Repair is a breath-based class grounded in the ancient science of pranayama practices of Kundalini Yoga. The intentional use of breath to release tension, repair internal systems, and nourish the body at a cellular level.

Each session focuses on breath as a tool for physical, mental, and energetic repair, supporting oxygenation, circulation, and nervous system balance.

These practices strengthen the body’s capacity to recover from stress and sustain steadier energy for yourself.

Over time, Repair becomes more than a class, it’s an opportunity to develop a sense of devotion to your own wellbeing, building a breath practice that extends far beyond the studio.

Starting in November - Thursdays at 9:15 a.m., with additional class times coming soon.

A 6 Week in studio Kundalini Meditation Series

Through breathwork, mantra, and meditation, you’ll learn practical tools that help regulate the nervous system, support healthy hormonal function, and restore your body’s natural rhythm.

In Kundalini Yoga, the glands are understood as the guardians of the body, part of an intricate inner pharmacy that influences not only your hormones and energy, but also the way you experience yourself, your relationships, and your capacity to meet life with presence.

Each session offers time to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what your body truly needs to function well and feel whole.
