I’ve been wanting to lean into the prosperity teachings of Kundalini Yoga for some time, and it feels like the right moment to open that space.

Saturdays will now be dedicated to prosperity practices and teachings that you can use and apply every day.

This is a space to work with the patterns and belief systems that shape how you create and receive, and to build a system that can hold more possibility and consider new potentials without contraction.

Through Kundalini Yoga, breath practice, and meditation, we work at the level of the nervous system, because what you can create and sustain is always shaped by what your system can hold.

Prosperity, to me, is being in love with life, this gift, this opportunity, and having the capacity to expand into it.

Meditation for Caliber of Constant Self Authority 🌿

Begin a steady, continuous rhythm with the breath: inhale deeply through the nose, then exhale completely through the mouth with softly pursed lips. From there, inhale smoothly through the mouth and exhale through the nose, allowing the pattern to become even, circular, and unforced.

Over time, the breath begins to regulate the system, settling the mind, softening reactivity, and creating a more stable internal ground from which you can lead yourself.

A gentle note for practice: keep the breath relaxed and sustainable, never forced or strained. If at any point you feel lightheaded or uncomfortable, return to a natural or long, deep breath.

This breath is accessible for most people, however it is not recommended to continue beyond 22 minutes at a time.

Free 40 Day Practice - Starts Next Monday 30th March. 🌿✨

I’ll be guiding a 40 day meditation practice, held inside the Studio Avasa online community.

This is intentional, consistency is what creates change, and it’s easier to stay with something when you’re supported.

Inside the community, you’ll have a space to return to the practice each day, stay accountable, and be alongside others doing the same. There will be daily guidance, recorded videos, and a few live practices to support you.

The practice is short and simple, making it easy to fit into your day, while supporting clearer thinking, strengthening inner knowing and confidence, reducing overthinking, and helping you feel more clear in your direction.

A calming blend of breath, sound and mantra designed to support the nervous system and reconnect you to the steady rhythm of the heart. We begin with gentle pranayama to help the body arrive and the breath soften, creating space for the system to settle.

From here, you’ll be guided into stillness through a layered sound experience of gong, crystal bowls and subtle vibration, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to unwind more deeply. The Spacious Body - Kundalini Yoga
A Workshop 🌿

For those who have been living in their minds for too long, caught in cycles of overthinking, second-guessing, and a constant sense of being “on”, there often comes a point where it’s no longer sustainable.

The body begins to feel distant, tension lingers, and a clear mind becomes harder to access. When the connection between mind and body weakens, even simple decisions can feel heavy, and trusting yourself no longer feels instinctive.

When it comes to creating a pathway that feels more aligned, it can feel just as challenging, especially when the mind is trying to lead without the support of the body.

The clarity you’re searching for doesn’t come from thinking more, it comes from returning to the body.

Over three hours, you’ll be guided through Kundalini Yoga, breath, meditation, and deep rest. This is a space to soften the nervous system, release held tension, and allow the mind to follow the body back into a more grounded, settled state. As this happens, a sense of internal safety begins to return.

From here, intuition becomes easier to access, not forced, but naturally present when the noise quiets.

You’ll also be introduced to simple practices you can carry into daily life to stay connected.

We’ll close with tea and time to sit, so there’s space to pause and let it all land, without needing to rush away. 🌿
