A Workshop 🌿
For those who have been living in their minds for too long, caught in cycles of overthinking, second-guessing, and a constant sense of being “on”, there often comes a point where it’s no longer sustainable.
The body begins to feel distant, tension lingers, and a clear mind becomes harder to access. When the connection between mind and body weakens, even simple decisions can feel heavy, and trusting yourself no longer feels instinctive.
When it comes to creating a pathway that feels more aligned, it can feel just as challenging, especially when the mind is trying to lead without the support of the body.
The clarity you’re searching for doesn’t come from thinking more, it comes from returning to the body.
Over three hours, you’ll be guided through Kundalini Yoga, breath, meditation, and deep rest. This is a space to soften the nervous system, release held tension, and allow the mind to follow the body back into a more grounded, settled state. As this happens, a sense of internal safety begins to return.
From here, intuition becomes easier to access, not forced, but naturally present when the noise quiets.
You’ll also be introduced to simple practices you can carry into daily life to stay connected.
We’ll close with tea and time to sit, so there’s space to pause and let it all land, without needing to rush away. 🌿
