Saturday giggle 👀👀👀
Friday mornings at Pinnacle are a wonderful way to chat, make connections and have some fun. On the last Friday of the month we are having birthday cake for all our participants and staff. Yesterday it went down a treat, we all had so much fun singing happy birthday and trying to say everyone's name. Happy March baby birthday month from all of us.

Pinnacle Support is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced NDIS Service Coordinator to join our amazing team in Cairns.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, motivated, and loves working with people. If you’re the type of person who can chat to anyone, build strong relationships, and keep schedules running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our participants receive the best possible support by coordinating services and managing staff schedules efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and scheduling support workers for NDIS participants
• Managing rosters using ShiftCare
• Building strong relationships with participants, families, and support staff
• Ensuring services are delivered smoothly and efficiently
• Problem solving and managing schedule changes when needed
• Supporting the team to deliver high-quality care

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in NDIS service coordination or rostering
• Strong scheduling and organisational skills
• Experience using ShiftCare (highly desirable)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Outgoing personality, someone who can easily connect with people
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and think on your feet
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
