About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our participants receive the best possible support by coordinating services and managing staff schedules efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and scheduling support workers for NDIS participants
• Managing rosters using ShiftCare
• Building strong relationships with participants, families, and support staff
• Ensuring services are delivered smoothly and efficiently
• Problem solving and managing schedule changes when needed
• Supporting the team to deliver high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in NDIS service coordination or rostering
• Strong scheduling and organisational skills
• Experience using ShiftCare (highly desirable)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Outgoing personality, someone who can easily connect with people
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and think on your feet
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
