What is work without some fun!
Here at EBTS we still like to have some fun because what we help with is serious!
Did you know over the last few months it has been a pleasure to work with Lawrence and the committee at Edge Hill Bowls Club in achieving the following:
1. A no nonsense achievable Strategic Plan.
2. Commencement of a Master plan that works in conjunction with the clubs Strategic Vision.
3. Full review of the clubs back of house policy and generation and updating of all key compliance issues. Nareen is a guru in this space with 30 years of compliance knowledge she is giving venues and businesses simplified policies that make sense and have the best chance of engagement with staff.
4.Followed this up with First Aid training for the entire team and Fire Safety training all nationally accredited training which means the club is compliant.
So thanks Lawrence and it is great to see the club is already seeing benefits in being able to focus on its members and making the club a welcoming and well run operation. So let EBTS worry about the stuff you have to have so you can concentrate on your service and making money no matter what business you are in.
BTW how good is that Xmas set up and so popular with the many functions they are hosting this time of year.
