SETTING UP for tonight Reiki session felt different 🌙

There is something to be said for the shift in energy when you step into an environment that relaxes you, and you feel the calmness wash over you. Taking a deep breath and being grounded in the present moment. Open and ready to recieve 🧘‍♀️ With the rolling sounds of thunder faintly in the distance and the darkness from the rain that fell, tonight's healing was extra cosy.
