Today we enjoyed a beautiful and gentle session of Yoga Dance designed especially for our seniors. 💛

With slow movements, calming music, and lots of smiles, this activity helped everyone relax, stretch, and feel connected. It’s amazing to see how movement, breath, and rhythm can bring so much joy and wellness. ✨

A big thank you to our lovely seniors for participating with such positivity. 🙏

We are beyond excited to share that Tanka fulfilled one of his lifelong dreams – his first helicopter ride over the stunning Great Barrier Reef! 🏞️🚁 Thanks to the support from ABC Care, Tanka soared through the skies, taking in the breathtaking beauty of the reef. 🐠🌊

With a smile from ear to ear, Tanka said it was an experience he'll cherish forever. 😊 This journey symbolises more than just a ride; it’s a testament to his incredible strength, resilience, and the power of making dreams a reality.
