💟Milia are small, hard, white bumps that sit just under the skin, often mistaken for whiteheads but very different in nature. Milia aren't caused by poor hygiene or acne, they are simply a build up of keratin. While they are harmless they won't clear on their own and need professional removal to avoid scarring or infection.
