This past year almost saw me walking away from this business…

But then…

I decided not to!

I was trying to cope with so much myself, loss, grief, trauma, solo parenting and so much more, and I found it too hard to support and hold space for others. I almost walked away and shut it down for good 🚪

The thing is, my heart was always telling me different.

It was also telling me that I needed a space away from home that was not just 1-2 days here and there.

So here it is…

A space that feels like a fresh, chapter…
A space for intuition + wellness + connection
A space for me
A space for you
A space with a little bit of the old and a little bit of the new

Forever grateful for all your support and more than anything, my biggest cheerleader…my son, Max, who reminds me to keep going and trust the journey 🩵

Happy 2025 friends!

My first post for the year, is a bit of a long one...

To sum up 2024, it was an extremely difficult one for me! There were personal losses and a lot of challenges and set backs, which all took its toll on me...I was really struggling to try and focus on my work to help people heal, reconnect to themselves and create a life they love.

So firstly, I want to apologise for not always being there…whether on socials, starting my regular emails, on my website or in person. I’ve had to take a step, or a few steps back over the past year, but I really appreciate all those who have continued to follow me and also seek out support and guidance.

I’m taking the black new moon and new year to begin a new era for Jennifer K!…kick starting with sending some vibes to your inbox :-) So if you haven't yet, subscribe via my website. The latest one is about to drop. It's all about the current energies and looking into the Full Wolf Moon in Cancer.

In 2024 I also had a renewed sense of aligning with a personal mission. I'll let you know all about it in my next post! 😉

What was 2024, forced me to review the services I offer and look at what truly aligns with my authentic self and what I want to offer the world and also, how best I can help people. There will be an update on my offerings, so keep an eye out on my socials and emails for more on that!

This year, I’m looking forward to creating some new content and resources to support you through the cyclic seasons of energies and life’s ups and downs and am hoping to hold a few events to support making connections with others and feeling part of a community.
