The Role:

You’ll be the engine room of our operations ensuring rosters run like clockwork and NDIS claims are accurate, compliant, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain compliant staff rosters
Manage NDIS invoicing and claims end-to-end
Monitor participant budgets and service delivery
Liaise confidently with participants, support workers and the leadership team
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
Support continuous improvement of systems and processes

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

✔ Have proven NDIS rostering experience (essential)

✔ Understand NDIS funding, billing, and compliance

✔ Are highly organised and detail-driven

✔ Can juggle moving parts without dropping the ball

✔ Communicate clearly and professionally

✔ Experience with ShiftCare (or similar) is essential

📅 Hours: 3 days per week (flexible for the right person)
