My Pathway

My Pathway A social and economic development organisation delivering services from the Top End to Tasmania Welcome to the official My Pathway Page. No personal attacks.

These rules aren’t meant to constrain or intrude on your personal opinions and thoughts. They’re just suggestions to help everyone enjoy, interact and express themselves on our page. We ask you all to consider these when you visit us. MY PATHWAY FACEBOOK HOUSE RULES

We respect everyone’s right to express their thoughts and opinions and encourage constructive dialogue among followers of this page. However, if your contributions don’t comply with My Pathway Values (SARIS), Facebook’s Terms or our House Rules then they (and you) may be removed. Whilst we moderate this site we do hope to create a community with you that is built on respect, and over time develop a culture of self-moderation. So we’ve kept it to just five basic rules that we ask you to keep in mind:
1. Keep your posts nice and culturally appropriate. Don’t be obscene, offensive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, overtly sexual, political, discriminatory or hateful to another person or organisation - including the group, our clients, our fellow employees, stakeholders, competitors and other people or organisations.
2. Leave names out of your posts unless they are a compliment or a good news story.
3. Keep posts relevant to the current issues and threads. The past is the past.
4. This is a spam-free zone. No reposting of posts from other sites or ads.
5. You take responsibility for what you post (your actions) on any social media page or blog. We will remove inappropriate posts. We welcome your feedback, both positive and negative and will endeavour to respond to your comments through our standard communication and management process where we believe a reply is required/suitable. While we support lively, open discussion, we reserve the right to delete comments that don’t meet the house rules at our discretion. That’s enough of the serious stuff. Now let’s have some fun. Make a post, add a comment and get involved. We look forward to interacting with you and thanks for being part of our journey. PHOTOGRAPH USE

If you post a photo or video to any of our pages, My Pathway group assumes you have gained prior written permission from the people featured in the photograph as per our media policy. My Pathway takes no responsibility for the posting of photographs or videos that are posted by fans of these pages.

Annnnnd... to round out the guest speakers list please join us in welcoming the final ABF Future Immortals Tour Ambassador to the Cooktown Connect for Mental Health Week event next week... Tyrone Roberts!

With a career that's already more than a decade long and includes stints with the Knights, Titans, Indigenous All Stars and the Broncos he's got plenty of rugby stories to tell.

Connecting with community is what this event is all about; building relationships by participating in local activities, such as joining clubs, volunteering, attending events, and supporting local businesses. This connection builds a sense of belonging, improves mental and physical health, and provides a support network.

Thanks for the post Motion Curve!

Our Cook team have been getting so much engagement at local schools and career events with the "A day in the life of" program developed through this partnership.

It's such an exciting way to explore the diverse careers available in this remote part of Queensland, and is helping to provide those looking to enter the workforce with great training and development opportunities.
