A new class to nurture your nervous system with

Satsanga Sanctuary is honoured to welcome Claire to the schedule with a beautiful new class designed to support deep restoration and calm.

REVIVE is a soothing practice created to slow you down, soften your system, and guide you into a state of nourishing stillness.
Join Claire every Wednesday and Friday at 10:30am for an hour dedicated entirely to grounding your energy and tending to your nervous system.

In Revive, Claire gently guides you into long-held postures, around five minutes each - not to stretch or work the body, but to release tension and settle your whole system.

This is not a Yin class; it is a space of softening, surrender, and inner quiet.

Through body scans, breath awareness, and mindful pacing, the class leads you toward deep rest, closing with Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to restore balance and leave you feeling centred and renewed.

Tash has been practicing yoga for over 30 years, after first discovering it as a teenager (thanks to her mum). It’s a practice she’s continually returned to, one that challenges her body, steadies her mind, and always feels like home.

Her favourite quote, “The body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness,” perfectly captures her teaching philosophy.

For Tash, yoga is about finding that sweet spot where breath and movement sync, creating a moving meditation that strengthens, focuses, and restores.

Her classes are creative and challenging, designed to build strength, mobility, and balance while guiding students into flow. Expect to sweat, smile, and surprise yourself with what your body and mind can do.
