Yoga, over 5os fitness classes, Qigong, Menopause management workshops, retreats. Over 50s fabulous fun fitness class, Monday - 9.30am -10.30am
includes cardio with hand weights, dance steps, chair yoga ,Qigong

Qigong Wednesday 9.30am - 10.30am
Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing art that helps restore natural good health with easy to learn meditative movement and exercises. Gentle Yoga Thursday 9.30am- 10.45am
This class is a gentle flow style, suitable for everyone. Hatha Yoga improves flexibility and muscle tone. Conscious breathing for calming the mind and nervous system. All held at the Darts Club - Railway halls, 40-42 Macnamarra St. Manunda 4870

Cost - $10 casual, $90 - 10 classes.
