This month marks five wonderful years of Marnie being part of the Wellness Embodied family, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

In true Wellness Embodied fashion, Marnie has chosen to celebrate by giving back. She’s supporting B1G1’s initiative to help build homes for families in need because she believes every family deserves to feel safe and have somewhere to call home.

It’s a cause close to her heart, reflecting the same care and compassion she brings to her clients each day. Creating safety, stability and support for body and mind.

This month marks two years with Leisa as part of the Wellness Embodied family, and we’re so proud of the heart she brings to our clinic each day. Guided by a deep understanding of how early trauma can shape long-term health outcomes, Leisa has chosen to support a project dedicated to providing a safe space for children in crisis.

Her vision is clear: when we nurture children early, we positively influence their wellbeing into adulthood, mind and body. It’s a powerful reminder that healing isn’t just about today, but the future we’re helping to shape.

This month marks Laura’s first anniversary at Wellness Embodied, and to celebrate, she’s chosen to give back in a way that reflects her own passions.

As someone who finds joy and grounding in music, Laura has chosen to support the project Providing Music Training for a Child. Her hope? That more children can experience the same joy and connection that music has brought into her life.

We love seeing our team lead with heart! whether it's in the clinic or out in the community.

Happy Birthday Suzanne!
We love seeing our team bring their full hearts to work — and to life beyond the clinic. Suzanne recently celebrated by donating 25 meals to street dogs with B1G1 in Nepal, honoring her love for animals in a way that gives back.

Her compassion doesn’t stop there. With plans to travel to Nepal soon, she’s looking forward to deepening her connection to the region and the communities (and furry friends!) she supports.

This simple yet powerful gesture is a reminder of how healing takes many forms and how kindness travels far!
