Attended the final installment in 4 of the Growth RX leadership series in Melbourne this week- together with , hosted by the wonderful
A couple of my post event thoughts:
- Growth comes from leaving our comfort zones. Yes- we ‘know this’. But each time I attend one of these events it reminds me to push out of mine a little more!
- I started this journey maybe 3 years ago. And when I look back on the changes and progress I’ve made in that time, it reminds me of the teaching: ‘we overestimate what we can do in a year- but we underestimate what we can do in 3’. It’s so important to regularly reflect on how far we’ve come and to reset for the next climbs ahead.
- How much we hold ourselves back for fear of what others think. Eleanor Roosevelt said, ‘You wouldn’t worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do.’

Thank you Jade for bringing together such an amazing community of leaders in Allied Health, all striving to do better and be better.
