🌟 Feedback Friday! 🌟 We want to give a huge shoutout to our amazing Mountain Goats team running sessions every Tuesday and Friday!

Over the past two years, we’ve been slowly building a team made up of of dedicated, passionate and highly skilled individuals who have an incredibly created a nurturing environment where kids thrive. Here’s some wonderful feedback from one of our parents, Helen:

'Feedback about this activity is that it’s incredible and Jacob and the team are exceptional. The way they interact with the kids is so lovely to witness. FNQ Nature Quest has an exciting announcement!! 🌿

We are so proud to introduce "Nourished in Nature" - a FREE, nature-based program for our Cairns community, generously funded by Australia Post 💚

Join us for 5 guided outdoor sessions designed to support locals impacted by the Cyclone Jasper floods. Together we will explore a range of experiences including:

🌱 Nature Connection Activities, designed to support your wellbeing
🧘‍♀️ Breathwork & Sound Healing with a local facilitator
🌴 Nature Weaving Workshop with a local artist, using locally-sourced palm fronds
🌅 Guided River Tubing with Cairns Adventure Group

All sessions are completely FREE and designed to be inclusive, welcoming and restorative.

In 2023, Cairns experienced its worst flooding in recorded history following Cyclone Jasper. Homes were damaged, families were displaced, communities were cut off, and many lives were deeply impacted.
