❌So many of us have been taught that exhaustion equals commitment. That if we are tired, overwhelmed and running on empty then we must be doing something right.

❌But burnout is not proof of dedication.
It is a sign the body has been ignored for too long.

Beautiful humans, our space is built on intention, yours, mine, and the collective energy we create together.
To keep HMB feeling safe, nourishing and aligned for everyone, we’ve refined a few simple guidelines.

These aren’t “rules”… they’re invitations.
Invitations to honour your time.
Honour your body.
Honour the community you step into every time you walk through our doors.

Here’s how we all support the flow:
🌿 Book your sessions to secure your spot and help your instructor prepare
🌿 Cancel with 6+ hours notice so we can keep the timetable running smoothly
🌿 Arrive on time to respect the group energy (and your warmup!)
🌿 Bring your towel, water, and appropriate footwear for Strength + Tabata
🌿 Cancel your class if you can’t make it so someone else can step in

When we show up with self-respect, the whole room rises.
Thank you for being part of this community, grounded, present, and choosing to pour back into yourself.
