Bea has been a member of The Ground for just over a year, and she brings 110% to every single session. You’ll often find her in Open Gym most mornings, putting in the extra work and quietly chasing long-term goals with real dedication.

After a year of consistent effort, Bea recently achieved her strict ring muscle-up, a huge milestone and a true reflection of her patience, persistence, and work ethic. On top of that, she’s always positive and encouraging to those around her, which makes the gym a better place to train.

Hard-working, driven, and an incredible energy to have in the room. So well deserved, Bea ✨

🚨 Incase you missed our December newsletter 🚨

We’re incredibly proud to announce that The Ground will be once again taking part in on April 18–19, and we’d love you to be part of it.

This event is far more than just a physical challenge. Over 24 hours, teams of six complete 24 Hero workouts, one every hour, each dedicated to a veteran or first responder who has served, some fallen, some lost to mental health, all deserving to be remembered.

For many of us at The Ground, this cause hits close to home. We have serving members, ex-serving members, and first responders within our community. This is our opportunity to honour them, support them, and stand alongside a cause much bigger than ourselves.

Why we’re doing it:�To raise vital funds and awareness for veterans, first responders, and their families who are living with mental health challenges or facing hardship. Every dollar raised goes directly toward crisis support, housing, food relief, and mental health services through and partner organisations.

How it works:�• Teams of 6�• 24 hours�• 24 Hero workouts: scalable and inclusive for all fitness levels�• You’ll stay on-site together, rotating through workouts, resting, supporting, and pushing as a team�• A challenging, powerful, community-driven experience you will never forget

The Ground Australia

The Ground is a large health and fitness facility like no other. We are a place of education, empowerment, community and growth; a place where people can move to nourish their body, mind and soul.

The Ground specialises in group fitness training, where you can have fun whilst you sweat with likeminded people. Through HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Strength & Conditioning styles of training, each workout is designed to improve your fitness, strength, speed, endurance, muscle tone, and burn fat.

The Refuel Ground is a Healthy Coffee & Smoothie Bar located at the front entrance.
