Australian Hero WOD - McDonald & Galagher | Thursday 13th November 

With Remembrance Day yesterday, our community will come together to honour those who have served our country by taking on the Australian Hero WOD, McDonald & Galagher.

This WOD is dedicated to PTE Galagher and LCPL McDonald, who were serving with the Special Operations Task Group in Afghanistan when they were tragically killed in a helicopter crash on 30 August 2012. 
 
As with all Hero WODs, bring your grit, tenacity, and determination. Keep these heroes in your thoughts as you move through each rep.

The Ground Australia

The Ground is a large health and fitness facility like no other. We are a place of education, empowerment, community and growth; a place where people can move to nourish their body, mind and soul.

The Ground specialises in group fitness training, where you can have fun whilst you sweat with likeminded people. Through HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Strength & Conditioning styles of training, each workout is designed to improve your fitness, strength, speed, endurance, muscle tone, and burn fat.

The Refuel Ground is a Healthy Coffee & Smoothie Bar located at the front entrance.
