Revolve the right side of the body comes alomost in line with the left thigh.
Pull the shoulders back, shoulders blades in

YOGA BASICS on Tuesdays for basic poses... standing poses teach correct movement; seated poses are calming; shoulder stand introduces you to inversions; twists for your hips and back flexibility; prone and supine poses stretch the abdomen; savasana - relaxation calms body and mind and always practiced at the end of class.

GENERAL CLASS on Sundays for keen beginners and experienced students. poses taught as in Yoga Basics but it also teaches twisting standing poses; forward bending poses; intermediate twisting poses; introduces headstand and shoulder stand variations; and backbends are explored.

Please bring a mat and any props you have.
