The Arms ...

The arms are used everyday; for lifting, carrying, holding.

Their specific functions are to bend, straighten, stretch, to turn, support, to hold, to anchor and to intensify actions. They enable the work of the hands.

However, without the movement from the shoulders and shoulders blades the arms become incapacitated.

YOGA stretches, straightens, flexes and turns the arms and hands in various directions, promoting flow of blood and energy.
