I am a registered Pellowah Healing Technique© Practitioner, Access Consciousness® Bars Practitioner & Usui Reiki Master offering In Person sessions at Dragonfly Zen studio in Cairns and Distance healing sessions in both Pellowah and Reiki (Bars can not be done via distance) in the comfort of your own home.

My practices assist to expand your consciousness bringing more objective thinking, align with a higher energetic frequency, release trauma, release energy blockages, release limiting thoughts, feelings and emotions, bring clarity of mind, increase energy levels and stamina, create space for unlimited possibilities and empower you to fulfil your real potential and so much more.
I also practice Quantum Touch, Shamanic Journeying and Aboriginal Pain Management technique to help connect body and soul energies, and I am dedicated to ongoing self-development, spiritual growth and is continuing to explore the many different healing modalities available.
I also have certified training in Community Services and Treatment of Complex Trauma and Trauma Informed Care and Practice for the Domestic and Family Violence Services, and I am aiming to work towards extending my healing services to assist in the Domestic and Family Violence Services sector, based on my own lived experience and soul lessons in this area and the knowledge gained about the personal transformation needed to heal and move on from these experiences to healthy loving relationships. I am passionate about bringing awareness of the energetic transformation needed to those affected by and stuck in the domestic and family violence cycle.

MY HEALING JOURNEY
Early on in my healing & self-discovery journey, as I became aware of our energetic existence, I could feel energy channeling through my hands and I felt drawn to learning more about energy healing techniques. I studied and practiced quantum touch techniques & I was drawn to learning Reiki and completed my Usui Reiki Master certification. After this I discovered more about incorporating the energy of crystals into the Reiki sessions and using crystal pendulums in chakra balancing and healing.
I am living proof of the healing transformations that are possible through energy work and spiritual healing practices. At the start of my self-discovery and healing journey I was suffering from many physical and mental health ailments including severe depression, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, codeine addiction and alcohol abuse. These physical ailments were how my body was alerting me to the emotional & energetic imbalances within my being. This is when I discovered alternative therapies and Energy healing.
Within a few months I had noticed all these conditions fade away. I was pain free, I was off all medications (the Anti-depressants, the constant use of codeine, the blood pressure meds all gone) I no longer needed them and I stopped self-medicating with chronic binge drinking too. It’s not just the physical/external symptoms that have healed, I have experienced enormous levels of emotional healing on this journey too, allowing for greater wellbeing. All the energy blockages (that were causing these problems) are cleared and my innate ability to heal has been nourished.
It’s been a remarkable transformation and I am so very grateful to have discovered all that I have (so far) about energy and spiritual healing, and the amazing mentors, healers and teachers who have contributed to my journey I send you my love and gratitude with the greatest sincerity, thankyou thankyou thankyou all.
We all have this innate ability to heal ourselves and Universal Life Force Energy / Reiki /Chi (or which name you prefer to call it) is available to us all, it is the core of everybody and everything, it is us.
