Yesterday's 21k run took me past the 6000 kilometre mark this year. I've covered just under 900 kilometres since I signed up for the Bravehearts 777 Marathon 2025!

My fundraising efforts and the continued support from many has pushed me past the $6,000 mark 🙌

I'm super pumped for the 2025 campaign 💪 The life changing experience and people I met in 2024 has given me the extra drive toward 2025. Just under 9 months before marathon 1 in Perth 🙌

I'd like to thank everyone who has and continues to support my quest and the amazing charity Bravehearts 🙏

Decent month @ 560k, sacrificed some distance for some speed work ✔️

-$12 = Educating one child in the personal safety via Bravehearts Ditto’s Keep Safe Adventure personal safety program

-$150 = a specialist trauma-informed counselling session for a child affected by sexual abuse

Another month under the belt, 2025 Bravehearts 777 Marathon training under way 👌 Ticked over another 640 k's for the month, plenty of work still to be done!!! Also locked in the Sri Chinmoy 100k race for February next year 👊

Friday 6th September is national Bravehearts day 💜 Mark Upton and I are running a marathon on Saturday the 7th in Wollongong, along with a number of national runners from the 2024 Bravehearts 777 Marathon team. It's official 📣🎉

Next June, I will be, once again, taking part in the Bravehearts 777 marathons. This is a mammoth challenge consisting of 7 marathons across 7 states in 7 consecutive days !! 🏃‍♂️

Having recently completed the Bravehearts Marathons this year, there was no question I was going to do it again. It is just something I need to do. I couldn't think of a more worthy cause to support and invest my energy into 💜🙏

Bravehearts is a not for profit organisation that is aiming to prevent child sexual abuse, along with supporting all of those affected by this horrific, silent crime. 89 cents from every dollar donated goes directly to the charity.

I know times are tough $$ these days, but the Bravehearts charity needs our help....If you could please spare a couple of dollars to help me raise my target of $11k so I can compete in the national team; that would be GREATLY appreciated.
