We are super excited to welcome Stepped Care Counselling- Nicola Albery to the Aura team 🤩
Nicola is an accomplished counsellor and EMDR therapist with over 15 years’ experience supporting clients with a diverse range of mental health presentations.
Her journey into private practice has been driven by her passion to help individuals heal from trauma, as well as address uncomfortable and distressing symptoms relating to stress, anxiety and depression. She also has a special interest in perinatal mental health and couples counselling.

Wednesday 5th March, 4pm cyclone update. The practice will now be closed Thursday & Friday and we will not have staff onsite.

At this point, weather & electricity dependent, we will be re-opening Monday at 8am.

Our practice will be closed this Friday 6th March, as Cyclone Alfred is expected to make landfall. Safety for our team and patients is our number one priority.

We will be adding extra availability to help patients get access to a doctor, and if you need to get in contact with us after hours, please use the facebook messenger service on our page. We will endeavour to attend to anything urgent as we are able.

We are watching the unfolding cyclone situation very closely.

Safety for our team & patients is our highest priority and we are preparing for possible practice closures on Thursday & Friday this week as/if the cyclone hits our shore. If you have a non-urgent appointment please consider moving it to the next week or so. We will advise patients on facebook, google, our website & via SMS if we are forced to close.

We will be looking to add extra availability to make up appointments with extra services once the cyclone has passed.

In the meantime watch this space for updates, and please stay safe.
