✨ Meet Justine – our newest Paediatric Occupational Therapist!

Justine brings over 10 years of experience supporting children and families, with a special interest in early intervention and working with children with ASD, ADHD, Intellectual Disability and Down Syndrome.

Her sessions are creative, playful and engaging – often filled with arts and crafts, games and imaginative activities that help children build skills in a meaningful way. Justine loves working closely with families, schools and other supports to help children thrive in their everyday environments.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her spending time with her husband and beautiful daughter, exploring the Sunshine Coast, or finding inspiration in books and movies that she can bring into her therapy sessions.

✨ Because Justine has joined our team, we now have new availability for paediatric Occupational Therapy.

🍫 Hot Chocolate Circle - Starting Monday 16th May
Join us for our Coping with Stress 8-week program designed especially for girls aged 8–16. Held at our Maroochydore clinic, this supportive group creates a safe space for girls to build confidence, learn practical coping skills, and connect with others – all while enjoying a cozy cup of hot chocolate. ☕

🐰 Easter School Holiday Program
Looking for something meaningful for the kids these school holidays? Our Easter School Holiday Program will be running at both our Maroochydore and Caloundra clinics, packed with fun activities that support social skills, sensory exposure, fine and gross motor skills, and confidence.

We’re so excited to be launching an incredible evidence-based group program at Zoe Allied Health designed to support girls aged 8–16 as they navigate emotions, stress, and the ups and downs of everyday life.

💬 Coping with Stress is a warm, safe, and empowering space where girls can:
🤍 explore and understand their emotions
🤍 build resilience and confidence
🤍 learn practical coping strategies for stress
🤍 feel seen, heard, and supported

🗓 Starting March 16th (at our Maroochydore clinic)
📅 8-week program
⏰ Mondays | 4:30pm – 5:30pm
👩‍🏫 Facilitated by our Trained Program Facilitator, Faith Grant

Hannah, our amazing Lead Speech Pathologist - your can-do attitude, leadership, and unwavering support for both your colleagues and clients inspire us every day. You champion the speech team with determination and heart.

Sienna, your ability to tailor support to each individual client’s needs, paired with your constant smile and gentle warmth, makes you such a valued and loved part of our team. You bring so much joy to those around you.

And Michelle, our CE superstar (aka the Sticker Lady!) - you champion families from the very beginning of their therapy journey, celebrating every milestone along the way… and always finishing a session with a sticker in hand! 🌟✨

This Friday fist bump started with a school screening.

We believe in: Early insight, early action. Because we know this means stronger confidence in the classroom. 🙌🏼

When schools partner with Speech, OT and Psychology early, small concerns don’t turn into bigger barriers. 🏆

🌱 We provide on-site screenings that are practical, collaborative and designed to support teachers - not add to their workload.

School leaders - we’re now booking upcoming screening rounds for Term 2.
