✨ Meet the new faces of ZOE in 2026! ✨, We’re so excited to introduce some wonderful new team members who have recently joined the ZOE family!

💛 Katie is now part of our Client Experience Team, helping support families and making sure every visit to our clinics runs smoothly. You’ll see Katie at our Caloundra, welcoming you with a smile and helping with all things appointments and support.

🧠 Kiara has joined us as one of our new Occupational Therapists, bringing her passion for helping others build confidence, independence and everyday life skills.

💬 Sienna is our newest Speech Pathologist, supporting children to grow their communication, literacy, language and social skills through engaging and meaningful therapy.

We feel so lucky to have these amazing people join our team and can’t wait for our families to meet them! 💫

We just got back from the Clinic Mastery Summit — and we’re not the same clinic we were when we left. 🙌

Every year, a room full of allied health clinic owners doing things differently gathers to think bigger, lead better, and push the sector forward. This year, we were in it.

Here’s what we brought home for YOU:

→ The NDIS is shifting. Thriving Kids is coming. Children aged 8 and under with low-to-moderate needs will transition out of the NDIS into a new $4 billion foundational support system from October 2026. We know what this means for families — and we’re already preparing.

→ AI is changing how allied health works. Not replacing the human — amplifying it. We’re investing in the tools and training to make sure our clinicians spend more time doing what only they can do.

→ The future belongs to interdisciplinary clinics. Not just multi-disciplinary — truly integrated. Clinicians thinking together, families held by a connected team. That’s always been our model. Now the whole sector is catching up.

We didn’t go to this Summit just to learn. We went to make sure that when the landscape shifts — and it is shifting — our families and our team are protected, prepared, and thriving.

That’s the kind of clinic we’re building. 💙

💬 Big news for Sunshine Coast families!
Medicare has just expanded to cover speech pathology for even more kids and young people - and we want to make sure every family who can benefit, knows about it! 🌿

If your child struggles with stuttering, speech sounds (including apraxia), or has a cleft condition - this is for you. 👇

Eligible kids and young people under 25 can now access up to 28 Medicare-rebated speech pathology sessions through a simple GP referral. That's up to ~$87 back per session - no special plan needed. 🙌

Join us at our Maroochydore clinic on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, then we hop over to our Caloundra clinic on Thursday & Friday! 🐰🌼

⏰ Each session runs from 9am–12pm (3-hour program)

Our program is designed to support kids in growing their speech, language & communication, fine and gross motor skills, executive functioning and so much more 🌱

📅 Please note: Due to Easter Public Holidays including Easter Monday. We will not be running the program on this day!

Our holiday groups are designed to be fun, engaging, and supportive while helping children build important everyday skills through play and learning based activities!

During the group, kids will:
✨ Explore sensory activities in a safe and supportive environment
✨ Build fine and gross motor skills through games and movement
✨ Practice language and conversation skills with peers
✨ Develop executive functioning skills like following instructions, problem solving, and teamwork
✨ Grow confidence, independence, and friendships

Your child will be supported by our amazing allied health assistants and practitioners, who will guide activities that encourage learning while having plenty of fun along the way! 🐣

✨ Meet Justine – our newest Paediatric Occupational Therapist!

Justine brings over 10 years of experience supporting children and families, with a special interest in early intervention and working with children with ASD, ADHD, Intellectual Disability and Down Syndrome.

Her sessions are creative, playful and engaging – often filled with arts and crafts, games and imaginative activities that help children build skills in a meaningful way. Justine loves working closely with families, schools and other supports to help children thrive in their everyday environments.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her spending time with her husband and beautiful daughter, exploring the Sunshine Coast, or finding inspiration in books and movies that she can bring into her therapy sessions.

✨ Because Justine has joined our team, we now have new availability for paediatric Occupational Therapy.
