Sometimes when we look in the mirror, we aren’t see what is truly staring back at us. We are seeing ourselves through the illusion that we have created. The hate, judgement and hurtful comments we make towards ourselves is the pain we hold inside.
We all have a story to share, we all have trauma and challenges that we hold onto and go through. Sometimes we need to let certain things go and stop viewing everything through the lens of our pain.
Sometimes we question where our place is and where our tribe is. Are we truly important and matter to the people in our lives? Would they notice if we weren’t around? Maybe we need to truly love and accept ourselves to truly feel secure in our friendships and relationships!! ❤️
