Let me take you into a dream I had… one that feels like it’s already coming true.

A small, intimate circle of beautiful, like-minded souls gathering in the lush, green heart of Ubud… all with the same intention — to come home to self, to reconnect to soul, and to remember why we’re truly here.

We begin with a sacred temple visit… stepping into a deeply grounding and freeing water purification. Feeling it all… releasing it all… laughing, crying, even screaming together beneath a powerful waterfall. Cleansing in the pure temple waters, giving thanks, honouring the Balinese gods, and fully surrendering to the present moment.

From this place of openness… we create.
Together, we birth our own native spirit drums. Connecting to the sound, the vibration, the spirit of the animal… and to something ancient within ourselves. There is something so sacred about creating your own drum — it’s not just an instrument, it’s a piece of you.

We then journey into the Pyramids of Chi… immersing ourselves in a deeply nourishing, next-level sound healing experience. One that words can’t quite describe… only felt.

Can you believe it?! Because I still can’t.

How did this happen, you ask?

It happened by being surrounded by the most incredible humans. The ones who inspire me. The ones who hold me accountable. The ones who remind me who I am when I forget. The ones who encouraged me to step into my power and follow the nudge in my soul.

And just like that… they arrived today.

My very first book. In my hands.

I am feeling ALL the feels. Gratitude. Pride. Excitement. A little disbelief. A whole lot of love.

Last night in the salt caves… wow 🤍✨

Every time I walk into the The Salt Caves I feel it — that instant exhale. The sacred stillness. The softness in the air. The way your nervous system begins to unwind before we’ve even played a single note.

Salt therapy (halotherapy) on its own is powerful — supporting the respiratory system, calming inflammation, cleansing the skin, and helping the body gently detox. The micro-particles of salt purify the air, creating a space that feels lighter, clearer, almost womb-like.
