One of my favourite nights of the year… because it’s a proper reminder that CrossFit isn’t just workouts, it’s people.

❤️ Spirit of CFC ➡️ Marty (aka Big Red)
The heartbeat award. The guy who shows up, lifts others up, brings the vibes, and makes CFC feel like home. If you’ve trained here, you’ve felt it.

🚀 Rookie of the Year ➡️ Josh
First year in and already moving like he’s been here forever. Effort, consistency, coachability… and the kind of energy you want beside you in a tough WOD.

🛠️ Marvelous Master ➡️ Herman
Proof that mastery isn’t flashy, it’s earned. Showing up, doing the work, moving well, getting better… and setting the standard for what “quietly elite” looks like.

👑 Dedication King ➡️ Russell
A ridiculous 343 sessions this year. That’s not motivation… that’s identity. If consistency had a face, it’d be Russ.

👑 Dedication Queen ➡️ Denise
An unreal 280 sessions for the year. Same deal: steady, relentless, committed. The definition of “do the work, collect the results.”

This morning at 5am we had squat snatches + ring muscle-ups on the menu.

Not “elite athlete” stuff… just regular humans doing hard things with good people.

Damo’s coming up on 3 years at CFC in January. No shortcuts. Just showing up, being coachable, doing the work, week after week.

Today he hit his first ring muscle-up. 🎉

The room popped. Fist bumps everywhere. PB bell rang. One of those moments you don’t forget.
