Being a therapist means seeing people on some of their hardest days 🌻
Something I wish more clients knew is that therapy isn’t about having the perfect answers or showing up with everything figured out.
Some days simply arriving is the biggest step. Some days the goal is just getting through the session. And that’s okay.
Therapy is a space where we can go at your pace, change direction when something doesn’t fit, and figure things out together 😌
