JANUARY DANCER WORKSHOP SERIES | 2026

We’re excited to announce our January holiday workshop series for dancers aged 10–18, designed to help dancers return to Term 1 feeling strong, aligned and confident.
Led by Narelle Forbes
Conditioning & Rehabilitation Specialist – The Australian Ballet School
Director – InSync Physiotherapy & Pilates
These 75-minute workshops are hands-on, technique-focused, and ideal for dancers who want to refine alignment, build strength, prepare for pointe, or simply start the year feeling organised in their bodies.

WORKSHOP OPTIONS:
✔ Conditioning for Dancers (recommended foundation workshop)
Whole-body strength, posture, alignment and safe movement mechanics.
✔ Upper Back & Port de Bras
Posture, scapular strength, rib placement and expressive upper-body carriage.
✔ Leg Alignment & Turnout
Hip awareness, turnout mechanics, knee tracking and long, clean leg lines.
✔ Calf, Foot & Ankle Strength
Essential foundations for pointe work, jumps, landings and foot articulation
(highly recommended for all dancers – female and male)

• 1:00–2:15 pm – Calf, Foot & Ankle Strength
