What made you want to come to Pilates?
Honestly? I needed something that made me feel strong without feeling like I was training for the Olympics💪 Pilates sounded like a classy way to get my life together — and I was right.
What drives you to keep coming?
I actually notice the difference now — I feel stronger, more aware of my body and I always leave class feeling better than when I walked in. It’s become one of the few things I do purely for myself, so that keeps me coming back.
What is your favourite Pilates exercise?
Anything core-focused where I feel like I’m starring in my own fitness montage. Dead bugs, leg circles — the ones where I actually feel coordinated for once 🤣🤣
What is your least favourite Pilates exercise?
Anything glute-related that sets my backside on fire. Side-lying leg lifts? Those tiny pulses? Pure betrayal. Necessary… but still betrayal 😵
How has Pilates helped you in your day to day life?
I’m less stiff, I move better, and I can now pick things up off the floor without groaning like a 90-year-old 👵 Plus, it keeps me sane after long school days.
What are the biggest changes you have noticed with yourself since starting Pilates?
I’m stronger, more flexible, and my posture is giving “confident queen” instead of “tired gremlin.” I actually trust my body more, which is wild.
Anything else you would like to add?
Just a huge thank you — your classes are such a highlight. You somehow make me feel motivated even when my muscles are shaking like a newborn baby giraffe. I appreciate you more than my hamstrings do🫶
