🔆 Do you sometimes watch yourself justifying why you’re saying “no” to something while wondering why you’re feeling so uncomfortable about it? I think that’s the “people pleaser” part of us butting in. We don’t want to upset anyone. The thing is, it’s perfectly ok for you to say “no” to something or someone and the reason is yours, and yours alone, no reason needed 😊🪷🦋

🔆 Have you ever noticed that if you tell yourself im not doing this or that anymore, all you think about is that thing? Your brain is wired to make you happy. If it thinks that eating chocolate let’s say or watching tv till midnight, whatever you had decided not do do, it will keep sending you thoughts about that thing. 🤔 if you slowly introduce new little healthy habits, one at a time, it will teach your brain to work with you, not against you ☯️🪷🦋
