☀️ This is a new one for me... I just learned it 😁
But honestly, I love it, I love the way it makes me feel 💜

💁‍♀️ It’s from another variation of Shibashi, not the one I normally teach
(I usually do something similar that I call pushing the wind)

I will include it in my Stillness in Motion workshop though 🤔
it’s Simple, slow, and surprisingly powerful...
Even better when the breath is harmonised with the movement

✅ This movement is traditionally associated with supporting the chest, back, and breath,
and can bring a gentle sense of ease and openness to the upper body

Definitly adding this one to my daily practice ☯️🪷🦋
