Based in South Western Sydney I am a passionate Counsellor driven to help individuals, couples and families with issues such as relationship breakdown, separation, parenting, divorce, grief and loss, self-esteem, depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation. I provide a safe and calming environment to help clients feel comfortable enough to work through the underlying issues that may overwhelm them in day to day life. With the use of techniques such as Imago Therapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness, Art and Walk and Talk Therapy I help clients feel more empowered in their life. I strongly believe that people sometimes need support when life may seem off-kilter and by learning ways to change attitudes and habits, acquiring tools and strategies, there is the possibility for change, healing and personal growth. We hear things like ‘make the most of what you have’ or ‘you only have one life’. All of these sayings have the same theme, things change. Sometimes good sometimes bad, sometimes very unexpectedly. Today will become tomorrow and then it will be yesterday.
Enjoy today or don’t put off that thing always for tomorrow or next time. Because now is pretty good 🌳

Online Therapy - if you can’t make it to appointments in my room due to illness, childminding issues, time restraints etc online therapy is a great option. It is easy to set up and can be a way to help you attend therapy 🌳
