I am an adventurous, outgoing, easy-going, people-loving, patient, understanding mother of 3 wonderful children.
I have owned and managed my own business for the last 5 years and during this time I have learned and am constantly working on improving my skill set. These include communicating with various groups of people, being reliable, punctual, and able to resolve any problems that have arisen, and increasing my customer relation skills.
In addition, I added to my leadership skills by becoming an Advanced Aerial Instructor in aerial arts, teaching children and adults 'Silk and Lyra" skills. I have a strong understanding of fitness, strength, and body movement enabling me to teach groups in a controlled environment. Teaching these classes increased my organisational skills related to planning classes ensuring students of various abilities attended specific classes according to the skill set they have, assisting young people with varying abilities to participate safely, performing choreography, OH&S rigging procedures, and collaborating with my co-workers. This teaching experience has helped to refine my empathy compassion and understanding of teaching different skill sets.
I am passionate about assisting and supporting people to reach their goals including taking people to appointments, assisting with daily tasks, exercising or just being a social support person who is happy to sit in the garden, help plant flowers or read a book to someone.
I am free-spirited, non-judgemental, and a bit of a softy at heart. I feel I would be a great attribute to working/supporting people in any way that I can.
