This International Women’s Day, I’m reflecting on the women who have shaped my life.

As the eldest of three girls, I come from a line of inspiring, resilient women. I am indebted to the beautiful women I've been blessed to have in my life, supporting and uplifting me through all seasons.

I started Equilibrium Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy to help others find balance, so this year's theme, "Balance the Scales", resonates strongly for me. I am continually inspired by the strength and courage of the women I support.

Let's strive for safety, equity and opportunity for all women and girls this IWD.

Today I celebrate the women who came before us, those beside us, and those still finding their voice.
