If I felt tired → keep goingIf I felt overwhelmed → do moreIf something felt off → ignore it

Until my body stopped letting me.

Now?

I listen.

And life feels very different when you stop fighting yourself and start supporting yourself instead

It needs space.

Space to breathe
Space to settle
Space to come back to neutral

We live in a world that constantly asks for more… More output, more energy, more attention

But what if the real shift comes from less?

Less noise
Less rushing
Less forcing

And more… Presence. Stillness. Connection

ANZAC Weekend at Body Mind Flow

This weekend we pause to honour and remember the courage, sacrifice, and service of those who have given so much for our country on ANZAC Day.

In respect of this day, our studio hours will be slightly adjusted:

Saturday
Closed

Sunday
8am Yoga
9am Yoga
A gentle space to move, breathe, and reconnect

Monday
Closed

Tuesday
Back to normal studio hours

This weekend is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and spend time in gratitude. However that looks for you, we hope you allow yourself a moment to pause and honour both those who served, and yourself.

Talking about how resilient we truely are 🤍

There’s something powerful about slowing your breath and letting your body lead.

Long exhales, soft awareness and moments of movement or stillness can shift everything - not by forcing change, but allowing your system to settle.

Today I’m sharing a common pattern, that I’ve seen playing out in society

The disconnection with have between the body and the mind.

Which one runs your life?

Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have to regulate your nervous system.

When we lengthen the exhale, we send a signal of safety to the body, helping to slow the heart rate, calm the mind, and release built-up tension.

It’s simple:
Take a gentle inhale through the nose, then exhale slowly and fully, making the exhale longer than the inhale.

Try this for a few rounds and notice what shifts.

Sometimes, coming back to the breath is all it takes to feel grounded again.

Save this for the moments when life feels overwhelming and you need a gentle reset.

It’s the feeling when you walk through the door and up the stairs

The smiles
The familiar faces
The quiet understanding that you don’t have to explain yourself

It’s knowing someone notices when you show up and when you don’t

It’s moving your body in a room where you feel comfortable and not judged

This is what community feels like

And once you feel it, you don’t want to lose it

If you’ve been craving connection, you’ll find it here
