February Wellness Committed Club

February has been a beautiful month of steady commitment inside our studio. While the busyness of the year begins to settle in, so many of you have continued to prioritise your wellbeing with consistency and intention.

Showing up 12 or more times in a month is no small achievement. It reflects discipline, self respect, and a genuine commitment to your physical and emotional health. We are incredibly proud of the women who reached this milestone throughout February:
