I am giving our famous kindness jar a bit of a freshen up and I can honestly say that my heart strings are being pulled just a little, with how absolutely beautiful and kind the messages in the jar are. 🥹

This is something so small that can really bring a smile to someone’s face.

The concept is simple, take a card and receive some love and leave a card to give love to a stranger.

Come and see me tomorrow at the expo and do just that!
Our jar will be ready with a whole new, fresh label.

Tonight’s Sound & Soul Circle was just wonderful.

It was sooo good that I have a feeling we may have to do another….

I went to a sound and soul circle tonight with

The room was quiet.

Not empty…
but calm.

A different kind of stillness than what we usually move through.

As the sound began, I could feel how much my body had been holding.

The constant doing.
The background tension.
The subtle sense of always needing to be “on”.

And then slowly…

That began to soften.

Not all at once.

But gently.

It reminded me how powerful it is to be in a space where nothing is being asked of you.

Where you can simply lie there…
and receive.

It’s something I think about often in my own treatment room.

Creating that same feeling.

A place where the body doesn’t have to hold everything together.

Sometimes we don’t realise how much we need it…

Until we feel it.

My heart is honestly so full right now 🤍

I just want to take a moment to say how incredibly grateful I am for each and every one of my beautiful clients. The love, trust, and energy you all bring into this space never goes unnoticed… it truly means the world to me.

Spirit Club is nearly fully booked again, and I’m just sitting here in awe of what this group has become. It’s such a safe, supportive, and uplifting space where like-minded souls come together to grow, explore, and connect on a deeper level ✨

If you’re a newbie who’s been quietly watching, feeling the pull, and wondering if you should come along… this is your little nudge. I believe there are only one or two spots left available online, so if you’ve been thinking about it, now is the time to jump in.

Have you ever felt the call to make your own drum? 🪶🥁

Drum birthing is such a beautiful and sacred practice. When it’s done with intention and respect, it can be a deeply spiritual experience. It’s not just about making an instrument… it’s about connecting with the heart, the energy, and the spirit of the drum you are creating.

In a drum birthing workshop, you’re guided through the process of crafting your own ceremonial drum using traditional techniques. The hide is soaked, stretched and laced with care, and throughout the process you’re invited to connect with the medicine and energy of your drum.

Each drum carries its own story and its own medicine. Some people feel grounding and connection to the earth, others feel heart-opening energy, strength, guidance or ancestral connection. The drum becomes something incredibly personal… a powerful tool for meditation, healing, ceremony, sound work, or simply reconnecting with yourself.

Next month we will be welcoming down from Byron, for our third Drum Birthing Workshop. Rachelle is truly something special. She has worked with publications, written books, and carries such deep wisdom and knowledge. She is an inspiring teacher, healer and mentor, and I’ve personally been blessed to birth two drums with this amazing soul.
