Sitting all day might feel normal, but your back definitely feels the difference.

When your body stays in one position for hours, certain areas start taking on more load while everything else stiffens up. That’s usually when the tightness, aches, and “I need to stretch” feeling kicks in.

The good news is your back responds really well to simple changes. A quick walk, standing up between tasks, or adding a bit of movement into your day can go a long way.

You don’t need perfect posture all day. You just need more movement.

Shoulder feeling pinchy, tight, or uncomfortable overhead? This is your sign to start giving it some love.

Here are a few simple exercises we often use for shoulder impingement that may help reduce pain, improve movement, and build stability:

➡️ Pendulum Swing
Gently decompresses the shoulder joint and helps restore early-stage mobility without adding stress

➡️ Prone Scapula Retractions
Squeeze your shoulder blades together and lift your arms slightly off the floor. Great for activating the back of the shoulder and improving control

➡️ 4-Point Kneeling Alternating Arm Raises
Builds shoulder stability and control while working on overhead mobility

➡️ Shoulder Flexion with Resisted External Rotation
Helps improve scapular stability as you move your arm overhead

➡️ Pec Stretch
Releases tight muscles at the front of the shoulder so your posture and movement can open up

Consistency is key here. Small, controlled movements done regularly can make a big difference over time. 🙌
