Sitting all day might feel normal, but your back definitely feels the difference.
When your body stays in one position for hours, certain areas start taking on more load while everything else stiffens up. That’s usually when the tightness, aches, and “I need to stretch” feeling kicks in.
The good news is your back responds really well to simple changes. A quick walk, standing up between tasks, or adding a bit of movement into your day can go a long way.
You don’t need perfect posture all day. You just need more movement.
