Everything you’ve been hoping for, praying for, and manifesting is coming. There just had to be a wee bit more growth so that when it comes it stays for good. You’re so ridiculously close. Don’t lose heart now.

HAPPY FEBRUARY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!! Get excited… this is the month where that change you’ve been yearning for and manifesting finally lands. This is going to be a magical month for so many of us. Expect miracles!!!

The energy at the moment begs for joy and we will find ourselves gravitating to what brings that to us. Happiness and that lust for life is the new black. This isn’t a time to focus on healing but a time to focus on really living. Embrace it!!! We’re setting the standard for where we want to be years from now. I love love love this vibe!!!

Have things been happening lately to make you question long term connections and people from your past? If the answer is yes, you’re not alone.

What has been blocking you and holding you back is becoming obvious in this current energy. If you’ve recently found yourself feeling angry with people who have been in your life for a very long time to the point where you are wondering if you should walk away, it might just be the universe giving you a hint that these people aren’t aligned with your present and your future.

There is an energy of “growing up” in the air at the moment. It will inspire you to make good lifestyle choices and to step back from people and habits that don’t align with your best self. You are on a road to success. Whatever you truly desire you are going to achieve, but it comes at a cost…. You have let go of what you’ve outgrown and clean up your act.

Also, pay attention to your dreams at this time…. If you are dreaming of people you had deeper connections with in the past, but they have faded, changed in nature, or gone, it is likely to be a sign to let go and move on.

To go to new heights you have to grow and let go. Your past connections helped you get to this point, but them lingering is only an anchor stopping you from going higher. You’re not that person anymore. Those connections changed for a reason.

It’s also a time to really honour the amazing connections in your life now that support your growth, wellbeing, and happiness. Be mindful that you cannot be in two places at once, and to not sabotage the great connections you have by still be affected and held hostage by the ones that no longer serve you.

I am so blessed to come from a long line of healers, psychics and fun seekers, and even more blessed to share this lineage with my amazing children. I am so incredibly proud of the truly good people they are.

I’m excited to announce that will be joining the Institute as a teacher and a healer. Samyra will be bringing an exciting yoga program, reiki, and so much more to the space, including her big beautiful heart and warm smile.

In other exciting news, we have returned to our upstairs premises in Camden Arcade. There are proposed renovations that will be taking place to allow for a bigger yoga studio, workshop and healing space. In the meantime we will continue to hold sessions in the space as is, with the amazing energy that already fills it. We want this to be a place of love and healing where everyone feels welcome.

The website has been updated and we are looking forward to bringing you more in moving forward. The Institute is founded on family and we want you to be part of ours. ❤️

In a recent workshop we had a powerful moment in which we spoke about replacing the words “have to” with “get to”. Every time you find yourself saying you have to do something, try saying instead that you get to do it.

It creates an instant mindset shift. All of sudden, you find yourself feeling lucky that you get to do the washing, clean your car, visit your family… and the list goes on…

Give it a try, especially if you’re feeling a bit flat. It also makes you realise that you don’t really have to do anything and that everything is a choice based on consequences you’re willing to accept. It is really empowering.

More so, it makes you realise that you are so lucky that you get to do things, that as mundane and annoying they may be for you, there are people out there that wish they got to!

Just finished filming the tarot collective for the week and we ended on this card which I love soooooo much that I just have to share. It also helps that I absolutely adore Hemingway!

Thank you for being such a wonderful part of my world. I appreciate you and I really love you all. Our connection feels like family and it warms my heart.

A special shout out to my amazing children, my family, my friends, and to the love of my life. There are no words for what each of you bring into my life and I am excited for another fabulous year together in which all our dreams come true.

DID YOU MISS SOMETHING???

Oooh the energy of these last five days has been INTENSE!!! Have you been noticing issues around relationships coming to the surface? If you have, you’re most certainly not alone. The universe is telling you that now is the time to get it right and to be very careful of what you take into 2026.

Every year we find ourselves saying that next year will be better. This time, it’s really going to be different. We are entering a year of a ONE, and my favourite year if I do say so myself… the year of THE HORSE.

Those of us who leave this year clean, and with solid intention, action, and commitment to what we really want are going to reap the greatest rewards. The energy of 2026 doesn’t reward “sh*t talk” for lack of better words, laziness, or energy going into the wrong places.

This is it beautiful people… clean up time. Whatever you’ve missed cleaning up this year, you are being urged to do it now!! Remove exes and bad energy from your phone and your socials. Be serious about embracing something new and let go of the past and actions and behaviours that are beneath you. Make the cut. You’re not that person anymore. You’ve grown. Honour your amazing success and let your whole being reflect that.

Have a clear goal on where you want to go LONG TERM in your life, let the past go with gratitude, and you will find that the current moment will feel like bliss. This is the beginning of a long cycle so what you do now is going to set the tone for years to come. Make a vision board, make a list of what you want, make your screensaver a picture of what you want the most, mark a special note in your wallet for continual growth in abundance…. There’s so much you can do to begin the process of bringing your dreams into reality.

Looking forward to announcing some big changes next week!!! In the meantime I’ve just done a mini update on the website with new Intimate Group Reading Sessions, the opening of our first Online Tarot Collective for 2026 and some limited availability for online tarot readings.

I’ve also corrected a glitch in the system which now allows for the Wellness Immersion sessions at my home to be booked for Saturday the 10th of January.
