Oh my beautiful friend Phil, I can’t believe it’s been one year. I still see you and hear you but God I miss our coffee catch ups through week and our hugs. I love you forever my soul brother!!!! ❤️

I was blessed to have a wonderful friendship with Phil. We always called each other soul brother and sister and our lives paralleled in ways that most people could never believe.

I met Phil when I was 17 and I used to make his coffee every morning at the cafe I worked at. One morning he came in and I told him he had to make it himself because I quit. I’ll never forget the look on his face. It was a moment we laughed about for years to come. He supported every decision I made and every step I took in my life ever since that day with unconditional love.

We loved each other without judgement and had the most beautiful freedom between us. Together, my soul brother and I created a safe space for us to just be. Every feeling, every thought, and every secret was held in a sacred space we shared.

In the work we do, we empowered each other and took each other to new heights. We still do. Even from beyond, I had to laugh when he came to me and said “I’m a guide now and I’m going to be a guide for you”.

My prayers and thoughts are with Maria and the children at this time, who all knew and loved Phil in a way that no one else ever saw. They were his place to be free to be himself away from the demands of the world. He was so incredibly proud of his children and we never had a single conversation without him talking about at least one of them and how amazing they were and are. I know that his legacy lives on in them.

My friend, the love and gratitude I have for you grows every day. I love that we can and will always work together to bring love and healing to the world. My soul brother for all time… I love you. ❤️

In Shamanic tradition, stones are regarded as “Stone People”. They hold ancient knowledge and wisdom. They allow us protection and deeper connection with our ancestors and guides. I have always collected stones since I was as young as I remember, especially from the beach.

Whilst walking the beach today, spirit guided me to sit in the place of a solitary white stone and meditate. I found the stone easily and just enjoyed one of the most profound meditative and healing journeys I have ever experienced.

Don’t underestimate the power of nature to heal you and speak to you. No matter our beliefs or non beliefs it is a creation story we all share and are part of. Take some time to sit silently in nature. Something powerful takes place when we are one with ourselves and one with our surroundings. If you find a stone that calls you, embrace it, and feel the love of your ancestors with you. You come from a long lineage of gifts and talents. Allow them to grow in you. You are strong and you’re not alone. Feel the love. ❤️

The current energy is highlighting friendship and siblings for all of us.

This is an amazing time where we are getting that boost we’ve been waiting for all year to move forward. Not only are we moving forward, but we are heading in directions we weren’t expecting that are turning out better than we hoped. As a result of this, we have changed for the better and we have grown.

Our energy is going into what feeds our souls and stripping us of what doesn’t. We are more conscious of what we engage in through social media and what energy we are absorbing, what we are eating and drinking, other lifestyle habits, and above all, all of our relationships.

In this current energy, we are drawn to friends and family who uplift us. They may feel like a drug to us, as we move onto great things. These are the people who vibrate at the same level energetically that we do, and most importantly, these are the people that are going in the same direction we are. Their company and presence in our lives will feel as if we can never get enough of a good thing. There is a great joy and excitement in finally finding one’s true tribe.

Enjoy the fun that this energy brings. Allow these beautiful people in your life hold space for you to shine for who you really are, and not what others want or need you to be. For lack of better words… this is a time in our lives for the bu****it to end. You have been letting go of what doesn’t align with you and you should be so proud of how amazingly brave you are to do so.
