Ashton Mutasa is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 14 years’ experience in mental health services, working across both public and private settings. He holds a Master of Advanced Social Work Practice and provides evidence-based psychological support to individuals, families, and professionals experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges.

Ashton works with adults, adolescents, and families, with a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing stress related to high-pressure environments, as well as trauma and adjustment difficulties.

Areas of Support Include:
• Anxiety and mood disorders
• Stress, burnout, and fatigue
• Trauma and complex trauma
• Adjustment difficulties
• Grief and loss
• Emotional regulation difficulties
• Workplace-related stress

(Fridays 8am-4pm | Saturdays 9am-1pm)

We’re excited to introduce Ashton Mutasa, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) who provides warm, evidence-based support for children, adolescents, and adults.

Ashton can help with:

- Depression & anxiety 🌿
- Trauma & grief 🌿
- Child & adolescent wellbeing 🌿
- Family conflict & relationship challenges 🌿

He draws on a range of effective approaches, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-based strategies.
